My Rating:

Book Blurb: Sean Kowalski no sooner leaves the army than he’s recruited by Emma Shaw to be her fake fiancĂ©. Emma needs to produce a husband-to-be for her grandmother’s upcoming visit, and, though Sean doesn’t like the deception, he could use the landscaping job Emma’s offering while he decides what to do with his civilian life. And, despite his attraction to Emma, there’s no chance he’ll fall for a woman with deep roots in a town he’s not planning to call home.
Emma’s not interested in a real relationship either; not with a man whose idea of home is wherever he drops his duffel bag. No matter how amazing his “pretend” kisses are

My Thoughts: This is the second book I have read in the Kowalskis series. These boys just keep getting better. Sean was Mr. Perfect in my opinion and Emma chose the right man to be her pretend finace. I really liked that these two did not fight their attraction for one another. They gave in but told each other this was only temporary, so for now they could enjoy one another. The sparks flew off my e-reader each time they were in a room together. I enjoyed reading as they each took the plunge to love. Even better, I liked how the grandma and Aunt Mary were  in on it too. It left me smiling watching these two do a dance around one another, fighting their true feelings, as these two older women sat back and had a good chuckle.

I really like this authors style of writing. I believe this is my third story of hers I have read, and each time I have enjoyed it. If you have not read a Shannon Stacey book, I think this one is my favorite so far. I was definitely recommend this one. I laughed so much during this one and could picture each scene in my head as it happend.

Undeniably Yours by Shannon Stacey

Undeniably Yours
Publication Date: November 1st 2010
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Series: Kowalski Book 2
My Rating:

Book Blurb: Bar owner Kevin Kowalski is used to women throwing their phone numbers at him, but lately he’s more interested in finding a woman to settle down with. A woman like Beth Hansen. If only their first meeting hadn’t gone so badly...
Beth’s tending bar at a wedding when she comes face-to-face with a tuxedo-clad man she never thought she’d see again. She tries to keep her distance from Kevin but, by last call, she can’t say no to his too-blue eyes or the invitation back to his room. Then she slips out before breakfast without leaving a note and, despite their precautions, pregnant.
Kevin quickly warms to the idea of being a dad and to seeing where things go with Beth. After all, he’s not the player she thinks he is. But she’s not ready for a relationship and, given his reputation, it’s going to take a lot to convince her to go on a second date with the father of her child.

My Thoughts: This was a sweet romance. I sat down with this story and enjoyed the ride the whole way through. Beth is a well relatable character to any woman is has a independent bone in them. Beth may be pregnant with Kevin's baby but that doesn't mean she has to be with him. She can raise this baby on her own and she doesn't need the help from his family. Kevin however has other ideas. He loves her from the beginning and it drives him crazy he can't get her to lean on him. The chemistry in this book is flying off the pages and you just want to throw the two in a room and lock the door so they can't get out.

If your looking for a sweet and romantic book that sizzles just a little, this is the right book for you. There is also another side story in this book which makes it nice when there are two love stories in one.
